Why should I have my Dyson serviced?
Most people experience loss of performance from their machine as it gets older. A Dyson service with us means we will check for blockages, thoroughly clean your machine and advise you of any parts which are showing signs of wear. The majority of customers say their machine worked much more efficiently after having a service.
What about parts?
If any parts are showing signs of wear the engineer will record this on the service report. The decision to change any parts rests with you, the customer. In many cases you can try the new parts on your machine first before making a decision to see if performance is improved. We use both genuine and pattern parts depending on availability. All pattern parts fitted by us carry a no quibble 12 month warranty.
How long does the service take?
A service takes between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the model and the condition of the machine. We encourage customers to sit with the engineer and watch him service your machine – he can probably give you some advice on using it more efficiently.
How much will it cost?
Our in home service would normally cost £40 plus parts, which includes the cost of the engineer getting to your home, and the complete service and cleaning of your machine. We are running a promotional offer where we carry out this in-home service for only £15.
