- If the equipment has not been used in accordance with the Manufacturers Use and Care Guide
- If the equipment is tampered with by anyone other than a representative of The Company
- The Company is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, explosion, theft, willful neglect, misuse, malicious damage or any consequential loss
- The benefits of the plan are not transferable to another person or other equipment
THIS CONTRACT IS BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND Vacservicing (Leeds) Ltd AND NOT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE VACUUM MANUFACTURER.
Please note: your Dyson is only covered if it is used for the purpose for which is was intended. Any machines stored outside or subjected to liquids of any kind or pet soil will not be covered.
All replacement parts are subject to availability. Alternatives for obsolete or out of stock items will be offered where possible, but we cannot guarantee the supply of any part. When we replace a part free of charge we will take away your old part so please make sure this is available. We will use genuine and pattern parts depending on suitability and availability. All pattern parts fitted by us carry a 12-month no quibble warranty.
